Official course to obtain license to teach PRO SKI® Fitness EXCLUSIVELY 

Trains the Fitness professional to teach group classes with musical support based mainly on an integral training, which will allow the instructor to design his or her own classes. will allow the instructor to design his classes according to the needs and demands of the group.

The Fitness program is carried out on the basic models in the range PRO SKI® RANGE and with an optimal room format of 9 students and 1 instructor. PRO SKI® INSTRUCTOR.

The Fitness discipline of PRO SKI® FITNESS is suitable for both (intermediate) skiers and non-skiers.

It accommodates a wide range of customers since the intensity of the work is adapted to the user due to the biomechanics of the machine.

 

OBJECTIVES

  • Machine knowledge and safety (injury prevention)
  • Knowledge of the portfolio of exercises affecting the lower body, CORE and upper body
  • Different levels of work intensity to adapt to the group of users
  • Management of a first class of users; DEMO class design
  • Disciplines adaptable to training PRO SKI® (MUSCLE GROUPS, CARDIO, HIIT...) (muscle groups, cardio, HIIT...)
  • Complements adaptable in the training PRO SKI®
  • Structure and design of group classes
  • Choreographies based on instruction PRO SKI® INSTRUCTION and market
  • Musical supports adapted to the class structure
  • Communication with the group with guidelines for optimal classrooms
  • Ability to adapt to the group to ensure customer satisfaction in classroom management.

METHOD

  • Training ONLINE PRO SKI® TRAINING UP (60h) .
  • Training Classroom or Telematic PRO SKI® UP (16h) at the facilities PRO SKI® Academy
  • Evaluations and follow-up with telematic means until the trainee obtains the training license (40h)
  • Follow-up and assistance in the first classes (6h)

CERTIFICATE AND LICENSE PRO SKI® LICENSE
Authorized to teach exclusively PRO SKI® Fitness; group classes with musical support.

No authorize the realization of Technical - PRO classes, training of instructors, or any activity related with PRO SKI® other than group classes with musical support.
