What is PRO SKI® Fitness.
A new training format in GROUP ACTIVITY DIRECTED WITH MUSIC SUPPORT, based on the technique of ski carving suitable for all the public.
Even based on the technique of skiing, you don' t have to be a skier . It therefore welcomes a wide range of customers.
It is a comprehensive training that carries two main values: balance and coordination.
In the same room format PRO SKI®.Fitness, we do 2 different types of group training:
- Directed activity with musical support
- Training based on series and repetitions as a specialty for skiers.
Classes last 30 or 40 minutes according to difficulty, plus stretching session
