Official course to obtain the license to teach the full range of classes PRO SKI®.; Fitness, Techniques and PRO
It trains the SKI professional to teach an exclusive training based on the technique of ski carving and it is oriented to physical preparation of skiers.
The Technical - PRO program requires different equipment formats:
- Training technical or custom groupBasic Machines PRO SKI®.
- Training PROFESSIONALPower and PRO machines of the range PRO SKI®.
To access the course and as a requirement, you must have passed the course program PRO SKI®. UP that will enable you to develop the technical programme.
OBJECTIVES
- Physical preparation for skiers out of the snow
- Preventing injuries
- Automate ski carving technique
- Teaching training with set objectives, monitoring and evaluation
- Program of training designed primarily with Strength, Power, Balance
- Motivation and direction of the group
METHOD
- Training ONLINE PRO SKI®. UP (60h) .
- Training On-site or Telematic PRO SKI®. UP (16h)
- ON LINE training PRO SKI®. Technical and PRO (20h)
- Face-to-face or telematic training PRO SKI®. Technical (4h)
- Evaluations
- Follow-up and assistance in the first classes
ONLINE monitoring with tutorials, evaluations and classroom or telematic training.
MATERIAL
- ONLINE platform access
- Multimedia for communication and visualization in tutorials
- Support with design of classes aligned to a training program for the physical preparation of skiers
- Availability of Workshop Classroom for practices
CERTIFICATE AND LICENSE PRO SKI®.
Authorizes the teaching of any model class PRO SKI®.
