Installation and Calibration of the sensors in the ski boots

Before starting the training each user must give an instruction to the App to recognize the position in which the sensors are located:

  • Horizontal (on machine)
  • Verticals (on ski boots)

In this case the sensors are located vertically on the user's ski boots.

PRO SKI sensors offer several functions:

  • Training on a PRO SKI team located on skates. Metrics directed to the angulation of the skates or edges.
  • Training on PRO SKI equipment located in the boots of the skier. Same metrics as above
  • Sensors on a ski slope. Qualifying challenge of turns on ski slopes and audio tutorial.

Due to the different functions, the sensor holder stickers are presented in the box contents differentiated as follows:

    • Blank to be installed on the equipment PRO SKI (Normal adhesion)
    • Reds to be installed on the skier's boots of the skier user (specific adhesion for low temperatures).

Since the supports "red"

    • They are exclusively for skier's boots
    • They are specific for low temperatures
    • 1 set is delivered with each sensor pack

OPERATION OF THE SENSORS ON THE USER'S SKI BOOTS

IMPORTANT. Correct installation of the brackets on the user's ski boots. If there is any deviation when attaching the supports to the boots, the "Calibration" process will detect this small error.

Before executing any instruction in the sensors App we must place the ski boots on a completely flat surface (floor or table). The boots must be flat on the ground.

We will assemble the sensors in their holders, turn them on and execute the instructions of the App.

The sensors on the machine and on the boots are placed with the power buttons on the outer sides; red button (left sensor), blue button (right sensor).

To do this, go to the User menu, go to the Adjustment option, select Sensor Instruction and access SET ORIGIN POSITION.

We wait about 10 seconds, the lights blink and once they are fixed, everything is ready to start.

The user can record his tracks. To do so, he has to take care of starting and ending each track.

Once the session is finished, you can access the App from outside the training center to view your tracks from the "Statistics" section of the App.

QUICK GUIDE :

  • Installation of the brackets on the user's boots
  • Assemble the sensors in their holders
  • Place the boots on the floor or on the table (flat with their shape).
  • Turn on the sensors
  • Access the "Adjustment" App
    • Sensor Instruction
    • SET ORIGIN POSITION
    • 10'' flashing lights
    • Ready
  • The user puts on his boots
  • Accesses the equipment correctly or accesses the esqí track.
  • Start / End Track
  • Statistics

IMPORTANT

Switching from machine sensors (horizontal) to ski boots (vertical), or vice versa, requires the calibration step indicated for both positions each time:

  • The App needs information about the position of the sensors (Horizontal, Vertical).
  • Sensors need to be in the same plane for correct measurements
