Our recommendation is that you start the training PRO SKI® TRAINING training with the basic model, since the machines can be configured in different ways by simply purchasing different "Carts" and therefore you can later incorporate options according to your objectives.

With the same Arc you can combine several options that will give you the opportunity to work directly on skates, with ski boots or on a snowboard.

Any model PRO SKI® MODEL model bases its training on the ski carving technique, so you will always work the same muscles involved in this sport.
You will gain in proprioception and physically it will give you great strength. It is a highly recommended training also for people who have suffered an injury without necessarily being caused by the practice of skiing, since it works without impact. It allows training to be done gradually, controlling the extension and intensity of the exercise.
