A sports centre perfectly welcomes the 3 disciplines PRO SKI®. either in corner formats or in multidisciplinary rooms.

The discipline PRO SKI®. Fitness, like discipline PRO SKI®. TECH require a minimum of 10 machines and a space of approximately 50m2.

Its use is twofold for PRO SKI®. has designed for this format two training sessions for different targets:

• • • • Group classes with musical support of duration 30 or 40 minutes for all ages. Wide range of clients since the class works at the same pace but with the intensity that the user can afford and without impact. It is not required to be a skier, but the intermediate skier appreciates the discipline since it works the same muscles that are involved in skiing and makes a good integral training while having fun.
      • Collective technical classes of duration 30 or 40 minutes exclusive for skiers. Training designed with isometric exercises applied to the lower body, loads enhancing flexion and extension, position and edge technique to provide safety and significantly improve the skier's performance and enjoyment on the slope.

 

PRO SKI® Fitness and TECH, in a multidisciplinary room?

The minimum format is 10 machines SPECIAL GYM. Each machine occupies the floor 173 cm x 68 cm and require a distance of at least 20 cm on each side. Their weight is 40 kg and it has wheels that allow mobility. The room is arranged in just 10' and are collected assembled, occupying an area of 4×4 m2

The discipline not only requires a greater distance of at least 2m between users, but it also takes place in front of a mirror, leaving users and instructor in front of the mirror. Value of trust for our customers.

 

Maintenance

 

Unlike other directed activities that involve equipment, PRO SKI® requires hardly any maintenance except cleaning, silicone spray for bearings and every two years replacement of the elastic system with cost per machine not exceeding 50

PROSKI®. Fitness has an important portfolio of exercises that allows design of functional or thematic classes.

We start from the biomechanics of the machine which always involves a training GAP, balance and coordinationand we have the possibility of developing classes focused on specific muscle groups, intervallic training - HIIT, Cardio, choreography...

Adapting users of different capacities in the same class is very possible, since at the same rhythm of the selected music support, each user will extend the machine according to his resistance. Reason for hosting a great age range.
