A sports center perfectly accommodates the 3 disciplines PRO ^SKI® either in corner formats or in multidisciplinary rooms.

Discipline PRO ^SKI® Fitness, as well as the PRO ^SKI® TECH require a minimum of 10 machines and a space of approximately 50m2.

Its use is twofold since PRO ^SKI® has designed for this format two trainings for different targets:

• • • • Group classes with musical support lasting 30 or 40 minutes for all audiences. Wide range of clients since the class works at the same pace but with the intensity that the user can afford and without impact. It is not required to be a skier, but the intermediate skier appreciates the discipline because it works the same muscles involved in skiing and makes a good all-round workout while fun.
      • Technical group classes lasting 30 or 40 minutes exclusively for skiers. Training designed with isometric exercises applied to the lower body, loads enhancing flexion and extension, position technique and edges to provide safety and significantly improve the skier's performance and enjoyment on the slope.

 

PRO ^SKI® Fitness and TECH, in a multidisciplinary room?

The minimum format includes 10 machines SPECIAL GYM. Each machine occupies a floor space of 173 cm x 68 cm and require a minimum distance between them of 20 cm on each side. Their weight is 40 kg and has wheels that allow mobility. The room is arranged in just 10' and are collected assembled, occupying an area of 4×4 m2.

The discipline not only requires a minimum distance of 2m between users, but it also takes place in front of a mirror, with users and instructor facing the mirror. Value of confidence for our clients.

 

Maintenance

 

Unlike other directed activities that require equipment, PRO ^SKI® requires almost no maintenance except cleaning, silicone spray for bearings and every two years replacement of the elastic system at a cost per machine not exceeding 50 €.

This is a discipline that, like so many others, requires adjustment of the resistance of the machine according to the user's weight and safety guidelines, as well as correct use in the first movements.
