Official course to obtain the license that allows you to teach PRO SKI®. Fitness ONLY 

It enables the professional of the Fitness sector to give group classes with musical support based mainly on a comprehensive training, which will allow the instructor to design his classes tailored to the group and according to their needs or demand.

The Fitness program is carried out on the basic models of the range PRO SKI®. and with an optimal format in a room of 9 students and 1 instructor PRO SKI®..

The Fitness discipline of PRO SKI®. is suitable for both (intermediate) skiers and non-skiers.

Welcomes a wide range of customers since the intensity of work due to the biomechanics of the machine is adapted to the user.

 

OBJECTIVES

  • Knowledge of the machine and safety (injury prevention)
  • Knowledge of the exercise portfolio affecting undercarriage, CORE and uppercarriage
  • Different levels of work intensity to adapt to the group of users
  • Management of a first class of users; DEMO class design
  • Disciplines adaptable to training PRO SKI®. (muscle groups, cardio, HIIT...)
  • Complements adaptive instruction PRO SKI®.
  • Structure and preparation of group lessons
  • Choreographies based on instruction PRO SKI®. and market
  • Musical supports adapted to the structure of the class
  • Communication with the group with the guideline for optimal classes
  • Ability to adapt to the group to ensure customer satisfaction in the management of a class
  • Target audience and customer experience
  • Aspects of customer loyalty and bonding
  • Aspects of the customer acquisition
  • Motivation and direction of the group receiving the lessons

 

METHOD

  • Training ONLINE PRO SKI®. UP (60h) .
  • Training Classroom or Telematic PRO SKI® UP (16h) at the facilities PRO SKI® Academy
  • Evaluations and follow-up with telematic means until the trainee obtains the training license (40h)
  • Follow-up and assistance in the first classes (6h)

  • Support with design of classes aligned according to customer and/or group profiles
  • Availability of Workshop Classroom for practices (Asturias - Gijón)

 

CERTIFICATE AND LICENSE PRO SKI® LICENSE
Authorized to teach exclusively PRO SKI® Fitness; group classes with musical support.

No authorize the realization of Technical - PRO classes, training of instructors, or any activity related with PRO SKI® other than group classes with musical support.
