If you are coming to a Class FITNESS for the first time, you have to book the DEMO Class. It is a starter start where you spend the first 15′ in positions and first movements. You need to do the class mask, socks, bottle and small towel. You have lockers and toilets (at the moment without shower according to current regulations).
